Our staff will have the opportunity to take on project rotations across all 3 divisions depending on their interests, skills and the needs of each division.

Role Overview:
Equal Ed is a social enterprise committed to making education more accessible to those in our community. We provide a range of services both directly to young people and to organisations working with young people. From social impact consulting to workshop design and delivery, this role will provide opportunities for you to:

Work on a variety of projects across Equal Ed’s services. This may include:
-
Community Strengthening Projects
-
Consulting and co-design projects for councils & NGOs
-
Academic Support Programs
-
Secondary School Workshops (Mental Health & Goal Setting)
-

Lead other team members and provide guidance and mentorship where appropriate to effectively deliver on Equal Ed’s services
-
From time-to-time, assign tasks to other team members and review key deliverables under the guidance of your direct report
-
Facilitate team discussions to generate ideas on design and implementation
-
Liaise with partners, clients and stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of projects
-
Work with staff and volunteers from other projects and portfolios and teams to ensure effective operations and delivery of projects
-
Actively provide feedback on Equal Ed’s processes and current delivery models to help management continually refine best practices

Directly report to team leaders of projects

Some previous experience (1-5yrs) in the community impact space preferred but not essential.

Remuneration & Time Commitment:
Remuneration:
$75,000 (pro rata) + 10.5% Superannuation
​
Time Commitment:
0.5 - 0.8 FTE (part-time & casual arrangements available)
​
10 month contracted term with potential to extend
​
