Grassroots are our roots.

Equal Ed started as a free homework support program assisting humanitarian migrants. We continue to support those in our community who need it most; regardless of background, culture, race or financial standing.

Free Learning Support

Due to the aims of our Communities program being to provide free academic support to students who most need it, this program is by referral only. If you are a youth worker, teacher, school councillor or case worker, please get in touch with us directly via email at: communities@equaled.org

Designed to provide a safe and enjoyable space for primary and secondary school students find homework support and enrich their learning.

 

It is run after school and made possible by our amazing volunteers and community partners including Brimbank City Council, Wyndham City Council as well as Wyndham Community and Education Centre.

Session Times: 

- Tuesdays 4.00pm - 5.00pm (Secondary school)

- Wednesdays 4.00pm-5.00pm (Primary  & Secondary School)

- Thursdays 4.00pm-5.00pm (Primary & Secondary School)

Our sessions run year long except for during school and public holidays.

Location: 

We usually run in physical spaces, however due to Covid, we are currently running online via Zoom. Log in details and support on accessing the sessions will be provided upon enrolment.
